After looking around and doing some research on lap band surgery, Shane felt it was time to give it a try in his bid to lose weight.

According to Shane, his wife had the gastric bypass procedure done years ago, but he felt lap band was a better procedure for him.

As Shane put it, lap band was more of what he was looking for and would get the job done in a shorter amount of time.
